Delivery Time & Shipping Fee

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery estimates, any delays once your product(s) are in transit are beyond our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States arrive within 5-11 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Please note:

• Orders placed by 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) will be processed on the next business day.
• Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
• Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a tracking link via email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
• For personalized orders or items that require modifications, additional time will be needed for the customization process. The design time varies based on the complexity of the request.
• We ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or internationally.
• We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After 1-2 business days, a tracking notification will be sent to you. You can track your order at Order Tracking.

Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not yet available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Tracking details will appear once it is scanned.

Incorrect Address

Ensure that you provide the correct address at checkout because:

• Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for updates, causing a delay in your order.
• We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to the sender. Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of. Please verify your shipping address before contacting customer support.

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.
