• To cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order.

• We offer a brief grace period to allow for changes before the fulfillment process begins.

How to request a change or cancellation:

After 4 hours, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we will no longer be able to cancel or make changes.

Shipping Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

• Tuckless is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped.

• If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
